Your osteopath – Liam Halton BSc (Hons) Ost
You’re in safe hands with Liam Halton, our osteopath here at the Larch Tree Osteopathic Practice. Liam graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Osteopathy after returning to education in 1997 as a mature student following a career in purchasing with Massey Ferguson.
Liam’s interest in Osteopathy developed after having treatment for various sports injuries during his semi professional football career; “I always found that treatment helped me return to fitness much faster and that my general health improved.” This inspired Liam to change his career path and retrain as an osteopath.
After graduating Liam worked in Birmingham and Rugby prior to opening his own practice in Coventry and he has experience in treating adults, children & babies using a wide range of osteopathic techniques. Outside of clinic hours Liam continues his professional development by attending courses and seminars; which have included post graduate study in cranial osteopathy and medical acupuncture.
Liam is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) the statutory body that is responsible for the regulation of osteopaths in the U.K. and is also a member of The Institute of Osteopathy and The British Medical Acupuncture Society.
